My mom has been a patient for several years of this group (first in Irving and then when they left Irving, in Grapevine). She is now in a nursing home and requires a lot of work to get her into a doctors appointment. She is wheelchair bound but can be transferred with two people helping. Getting on the exam table would be more of a challenge because of it's height but they wouldn't even try to do it. They sent us away and told us to go to another office where they have more equipment. There were at least 10 to 15 staff there and certainly with a little effort my mom could have received her procedure but due to their lack of effort our afternoon was completely wasted and my mom was very stressed with the effort of getting to the doctors appointment only to find the staff and physician couldn't be bothered with an immobile elderly patient. If you are young and ambulatory you are probably fine to go to this office but if you are elderly and have any disabilities BEWARE.

appointment in \New\ office. Called to get an appointment; Got the run around from phone receptionist. I was told they didn’t have my medication available this week. The Office manager called me back and told me they did have My medication and I could go in and get it. I got there and the Front Receptionist gave me the runaround: She said I can’t just walk in and get the medication. I told her to talk with the office manager. She finally did; she came back out and asked me to fill out 20 pages of “new” patient forms. I informed her that I had been a patient of the Dr.’s for 4 years and was told by the office manager that all that was necessary today was for me to sign a medical release form and that I could bring in the other papers at my next appointment. The receptionist told me I could not get my medication until I filled out “All” of the paper work. I walked out! This is just the “Short” version! Two Hours of my day Wasted! All that being said, I like Dr. Davidson and his nurse; I guess I’ll have to put up with the schedulers and receptionist.
